I’d challenge the kids to go out and actually play the sports. They may know the sports with the stats and fantasy leagues but a lot of people today do not know how to participate.
Instead of having a fantasy team put an actual team together and go outside and play the game.

I challenge kids to get outside and be more active. Today there are some many different types of sports for kids to choose from. You see it everywhere, how kids are becoming more indoors with computers and video games. When I was growing up there weren't too many video games so we always did things outside.
Sports and activities were always a big part of my upbringing. Sports and athletics-anything that keeps you going physically- keeps you out of trouble too. You get the right sports and the right group of kids you have a much better chance of getting good grades. Without good grades you can't be on the field or court.

I would challenge kids to get outside and ride their bikes rather than sit at the computer. Bikes are good because they get outside and see things they never would before.
So maybe the next time they want to get on the computer, I challenge them to go outside and ride their bike somewhere. |

I have a challenge for kids that I used to do in school when I was younger: When you start this fitness program, I want you to see how many pull-ups, sit-ups, and chin-ups you can do in a minute. I also want you to see how fast you can run one mile. Set these numbers and time as your benchmark and set goals for yourself.
When you set the goals, really challenge yourself and aim to increase the number of pull-ups, sit-ups, and chin-ups you do. Try to imagine running that mile even faster than you have ever thought you could. Try to beat all your numbers and break all your records.
Also, the best thing you can do is just get away from the TV and the computer and just get active!
