1. To Enter: The Sweepstakes begins September 5, 2007 at 12:01:01 a.m. (EST) and ends January 1, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST).
Internet Entry. Simply log onto the Bills Backers home page and submit your answer. There is no limit to the amount of answers you submit. Only correct answers will be eligible for the weekly prize. The Buffalo Bills and Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (the "Sponsor") will not verify receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, 13 years of age and older. Employees of M&T Bank, the Buffalo Bills, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and other agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Contest Entities"), and their immediate families and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. M&T Bank/ Buffalo Bills "M&T Bank Trivia" Internet entries will be deemed made by the natural person named in the entry and, if there is a dispute, the authorized holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized holder of the email address is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the Internet access provider or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Prizes: Seventeen (17) Weekly Prizes will be awarded throughout the Sweepstakes Period and 1 Grand Prize. Weekly Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded at random each week which include: A Bills T-shirt and Hat (Value is approximately $50.00) Mail Entry: To enter by mail, hand-print your answer to that week's trivia question, plus your name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers, your email address (if available) and the words "M&T Bank/Buffalo Bills "M&T Bank Trivia" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope addressed to One Bills Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127, Attention: M&T Bank/Buffalo Bills "M&T Bank Trivia". Only one mail-in entry per person per applicable drawing period (see below) and only one entry per stamped envelope will be accepted. Any incomplete, mechanically or mass produced or reproduced entries will be disqualified. Grand Prize: Two (2) trips to the 2008 Pro Football All Star Game in Hawaii. Travel must originate from Buffalo, NY or Rochester, NY. Estimated Retail Value (ERV) is $4999.98. Trip will include Airfare, Hotel, and Tickets to the game. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above, including but not limited to taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and all ground transportation of any kind or to any destination, are the winner's sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes will be made. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets/passes and none will be replaced.

4. Winner Selection: Weekly Prizes. To be eligible for a weekly drawing (i) "M&T Bank Trivia" entries must be submitted between Monday at 12:01:01 a.m. (EST) and Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) of that week ("Contest Week"). Main-in entries must be received by Sunday at 4:59:59 p.m. (EST) of each applicable Contest Week. Weekly prize winners will be determined by a random drawing from among the eligible entries for the week and will be drawn each Sunday. Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner will be drawn on January 1, 2008 from all eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prize Conditions: Winners will be notified by mail, and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Travel Release (if applicable), and, where legal, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"). Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If a potential winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this contest will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Prizes are not redeemable for cash; are nontransferable; and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Limit one weekly prize per individual or household.

6. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Contest Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Actual odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and Contest Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, or postage-due mail entries and/or lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete M&T Bank/ Buffalo Bills "M&T Bank Trivia" Internet entries due to system errors and failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or M&T Bank/ Buffalo Bills "M&T Bank Trivia" Internet entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or entries not received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at a website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes or downloading any material for the contest or from buffalobills.com, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. In no event will the Sponsor/Contest Entities be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of access to and use of the mtb.com web site or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sweepstakes is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the aforementioned limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or conditions regarding these limitations and/or exclusions.

8. Winners List: For the names of all the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Buffalo Bills M&T Bank Trivia, One Bills Drive, Orchard Park, New York 14127, Attention: M&T Bank/ Buffalo Bills "M&T Bank Trivia" Winners List. Requests must be received by January 1, 2008.
