As a current Season Ticket Member, your priority place on the list to purchase seats in the New Highmark Stadium is already established. When it is time for your opportunity to purchase seats, your dedicated new stadium Account Executive will guide you through the process.

When will I have the opportunity to purchase seats for the New Highmark Stadium?

Every current Season Ticket Member will be invited to visit the Stadium Experience to select seats, with invitations issued in waves. With thousands of season ticket accounts, it will take quite some time for each Season Ticket Member to have their opportunity. Club seat members will be the first group to be invited to review currently available club options. All accounts will be invited based on current seat location and account seniority as additional seating options are made available. Your new stadium Account Executive will provide information regarding the expected timeline and other details.

Will I have the opportunity to select seats comparable to my seats in the current stadium?

Each Season Ticket Member will have access to comparable or better seats than their existing experience.

No, your current Buffalo Bills Account Service Coordinator remains your contact for all questions related to your current season tickets and the current stadium.

Is there a cost to join the New Highmark Stadium priority list?

Yes. The $150 per seat deposit will serve as an initial payment towards your 2026 season tickets. A non-refundable $3 processing fee will also be added to each seat deposit. Does joining the priority list guarantee me an opportunity to purchase tickets in the New Highmark Stadium?

Joining the priority list provides you with the earliest and best opportunity to review seating options after current Season Ticket Members have reviewed their opportunities. While placing a deposit holds your place in line, it does not guarantee that you will be offered the opportunity to purchase seats in the New Highmark Stadium before it opens in 2026.

Is there a limit to the number of seats I can request?

You may place a deposit for up to six (6) seats.

Is the priority list payment refundable?

Yes, you may submit a written request to newstadium@bills.nfl.net to remove your name from the priority list and receive a full refund on your deposit (excluding the $3 processing fee).

If I am unsuccessful in purchasing seats in the New Highmark Stadium, will I receive a refund of my deposit?

Yes, if you are no longer interested in purchasing New Highmark Stadium seats, you may submit a written request to newstadium@bills.nfl.net to remove your name from the priority list and receive a full refund on your deposit (excluding the $3 processing fee).

Is there an annual fee to hold my position on the priority list?

No, once you place your deposit you will remain a priority list member until you are offered the opportunity to purchase or request to be removed from the list.

Can I change the name on my account?

Your place on the priority list is non-transferable.

Do I need to live in Buffalo to join the priority list?

Any fan 18 years of age or older can place a deposit to join the priority list. At this time, there are no geographic restrictions to join the list.

Will my priority list payment be credited towards my PSL payment?

The payment will be applied to your 2026 season tickets.

When will I be contacted to purchase seats for the New Highmark Stadium?

Current Season Ticket Members will receive first priority to visit the Stadium Experience. After current Season Ticket Members have had the opportunity to review their seating options, new stadium Account Executives will begin reaching out to the priority list. In the meantime, we will continue to update you via email on key stadium milestones as well as the Stadium Experience process.

What is a PSL?

A Personal Seat License (PSL) is a one-time purchase that transfers the ownership rights of the seat(s) from the team to the individual licensee, giving the licensee the rights and obligation to purchase Bills season tickets. A PSL can be paid for as a lump sum payment or through a payment plan.

Do I have to own a Personal Seat License (PSL) in order to purchase season tickets in the new stadium?

Yes. In order to purchase season tickets in the New Highmark Stadium, the purchase of a Personal Seat License (PSL) is required.

How much does a PSL cost at the New Highmark Stadium?

The cost of a PSL will vary depending on location and amenities. When it is time for your opportunity to purchase seats, a dedicated new stadium Account Executive will reach out to guide you through the process and review options.

The Bills Stadium Experience is the official preview center for the New Highmark Stadium. The appointment-only venue provides an opportunity for fans to take an interactive look at every aspect of the new stadium, along with the opportunity to select their seats to cheer for the Bills on their new home field. Highlights include a scale model of the new stadium and surrounding footprint, interactive touchscreens that showcase key features of the venue, an immersive digital 3D model offering a view from every seat, and a full-scale model suite showcasing the reimagined premium experience in the New Highmark Stadium. Bills Season Ticket Members will be the first to be invited to visit the Stadium Experience, followed by priority list members. Fans are encouraged to place a deposit to join the priority list and secure their chance to visit the Bills Stadium Experience.
