Mobile Tickets
We strongly recommend the following important tips:
• Add your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet Or Google Wallet before arriving to Highmark Stadium to avoid slow or weak WiFi or cellular connection.
• To keep lines moving, please have your tickets ready as you approach the gate
• Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the stadium
• If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their own ticket in advance

Parking:
All Buffalo Bills controlled parking lots will require an advanced purchase parking pass, excluding Lot 2 ADA and Lot 6 ADA. (See Accessible Parking for more info) There will be no day of game cash or credit card transactions to purchase parking in Bills lots.

Abbott Road closes at 11:25 AM from Lot 6 ADA to Lot 2 ADA.

Accessibility:
• Highmark Stadium and the Buffalo Bills are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all guests, including guests with disabilities.
• ADA Golf cart transportation is available for guests with disabilities from stadium parking lots to the stadium gates. Guests can be picked up from one of the 8 designated locations throughout the parking lots by our Guest Experience ADA Team.
• Wheelchair transportation is available from stadium gates to a guest's seat prior to the game and after as well.

Ride Share Lot:
Fans should expect to experience very long delays for a postgame/post-event pickup. We strongly encourage fans to have a secondary backup plan for a safe ride home if they are considering using rideshare.

Fans looking for an alternative transportation solution to ride share on game days should check out the NFTA Game Day Express buses. For more information on routes, timing, and policies, visit the link below.
Bag Policy:
• The Buffalo Bills encourage fans not to bring any bags, however bags are permitted within the following guidelines. One clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or clutch purse no larger than 6.5" x 4.5".

Cashless:
All points of sale at Highmark Stadium, including the 50/50 raffle, will be completely cashless. Guests can pay for items using valid debit or credit cards, or mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within Highmark Stadium.
No Smoking:
Highmark Stadium is a smoke-free facility. There are no designated smoking areas inside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited.
No Drones:
• No Drones are permitted to take off or land anywhere within two miles of Highmark Stadium four hours prior to or four hours after any event. In addition, No Drones are permitted to fly in the area per FAA regulations without proper authorization.

No Throwing of Objects:
• Nothing is permitted to be thrown in the stadium, in the stands, or on the field, including snow and especially snowballs. There will be a zero-tolerance policy for anyone seen on video surveillance or by security and law enforcement throwing objects, including snow. Anyone caught violating this policy will be subject to ejection, arrest, and ticket revocation. Thank you for your cooperation to ensure a safe environment for your fellow fans and those on the field.

The Seneca Sound Stage features live, pregame entertainment directly in front of Seneca Gate 4!

Ticketmaster Time Capsule
Fans will be able to take photos at the Ticketmaster Billevard Activation Space on Ticketmaster Ticket-stub photo prints during pregame. One ticket-stub photo will be used to mark your place in history by placing it in the Ticketmaster Time Capsule and the other is for you to keep as an exclusive memento.
Bills legends and members of Bills Mafia are also encouraged to bring their own photo prints to put in the Ticketmaster Time Capsule, inclusive of their favorite moments, games or tailgates that they've attended in current Highmark Stadium over the years.

The Bills Store presented by VISA
The Bills Store will close to the public at 1:55 PM for security reasons. At 2:25 PM, fans will be able to access the store from inside the stadium. All other stadium locations are open at 2:25 PM.

Box Office Powered by Ticketmaster
The Box Office Powered by Ticketmaster will be located next to Pepsi Gate 3 during home games.
Total Sports Enterprises
Total Sports Enterprises will have multiple locations set up around the stadium where fans can bid on and purchase autographed Bills items! The Total Sports team will have autographed items for bid and purchase available at their tent on The Billevard at Highmark Stadium presented by Victory Live, Labatt Scoreboard Square, outside the Miller Brew Pub, as well as in each of the sideline clubs!

The Buffalo Bills Foundation is excited to host the 50/50 raffle on game days this season. 50/50 ticket sellers will only accept cashless forms of payment.
The Buffalo Bills Foundation is proud to announce that Kurt Adolf has won the 50/50 raffle from the Bills-Jets game. The jackpot was $600,00 with a winning ticket for $300,00.
