Bills Alumni to be Honored for Community Efforts

Several Buffalo Bills Alumni members will be honored this month for their work in the Western New York community.

Former Buffalo Bills players Booker Edgerson, Charley Ferguson, Lou Piccone, Ed Rutkowski and Ernie Warlick will receive Community Service Awards for their efforts in the Western New York area.

The event, presented by the Eyes on America Foundation is geared toward raising money for donated cataract surgeries for those without health care insurance.

The event will take place at the Russell's Banquet Room, 6675 Transit Road in Williamsville from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 10th. Tickets are $75 per person and $145 per couple. Corporate donations are also accepted.

Checks can be made payable to the Eyes on America Foundation, and mailed to Dr. Kenneth Anthone, 170 Maple Road, Williamsville, New York 14221.
