The Buffalo Bills announced today the 2018 game day promotions and giveaways. For more information on the theme and giveaways for each game, see below. Additionally, beginning with the team's home opener on Sept. 16 against the Chargers, the Billevard and Fan Zone, featuring food and interactive games, will be available to fans.
Preseason Week 3: Bengals vs. Bills, Aug. 26
The Bills will welcome the Cincinnati Bengals to New Era Field for their second preseason home matchup on Sunday, Aug. 26, presented by Connors and Ferris. The game will mark the team's "Kids Day," presented by Independent Health. Families can take advantage of discounted tickets, starting at $17, as well as $2 hot dogs and Pepsi products. There will also be interactive games, photo opportunities and much more. Play Football Month recognition will continue during this matchup with youth football players honored during a pregame ceremony and youth football scrimmages at halftime, presented by Niagara by Frey Premium Chocolates, featuring local youth tackle football and NFL Flag Football teams. Week 2: Chargers vs. Bills, Sept. 16
After opening the regular season on the road in Baltimore, the Bills will return to New Era Field on Sunday, Sept. 16, to take on the Los Angeles Chargers for the 2018 home opener, presented by ECMC and Kaleida Health. During pregame, the Bills will honor local Hometown Heroes in a special ceremony. During halftime, local youth tackle football organizations will scrimmage, presented by Niagara by Frey Premium Chocolates, in support of the Play Football initiative. The gate giveaway is a rally towel.*
Week 5: Titans vs. Bills, Oct. 7
The Bills will host the Tennessee Titans at New Era Field for a Week 5 matchup, presented by Great Lakes Cancer Care, on Sunday, Oct. 7. In recognition of the NFL's "Crucial Catch" campaign, an initiative that seeks to encourage early cancer detection and screening, the Bills will honor a group of survivors during the pregame ceremony. Throughout October, "Crucial Catch" also aims to raise awareness for screenable cancers. In support of the "Crucial Catch" campaign, the Bills will host a special NFL Flag Football scrimmage at halftime, presented by Niagara by Frey Premium Chocolates. The Bills will also honor Hispanic Heritage Month during the pregame ceremony as they present the 2018 Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award. The gate giveaway is a Yowie.*
Week 8: Patriots vs. Bills, Oct. 29
After a two-game stretch on the road, the Bills will be back at New Era Field to take on the New England Patriots in a Week 8, Monday Night Football matchup on Oct. 29, presented by BlueRock Energy. Prior to the contest, and continuing game day, the Bills will celebrate Legends Weekend. Fans will also watch as Bills legendary running back Thurman Thomas' jersey No. 34 is retired during a special halftime ceremony. The gate giveaway is a Thurman Thomas jersey rally towel.*
Week 9: Bears vs. Bills, Nov. 4
The Bills will take on the Bears for a Week 9 matchup at New Era Field on Sunday, Nov. 4. In celebration of the NFL's "Salute to Service" initiative, which recognizes military members for their service, the Bills will honor six military branches during a pregame ceremony. The tribute will include a full-field flag unfurl and much more. In support of the "Salute to Service" initiative, the Bills will host a special NFL Flag Football Scrimmage at halftime, presented by Niagara by Frey Premium Chocolates. Week 12: Jaguars vs. Bills, Nov. 25
Following the team's Week 11 bye, the Bills will welcome the Jaguars to Orchard Park on Sunday, Nov. 25. The Week 12 matchup, presented by Independent Health, will mark "Family Day" at New Era Field. Families can take advantage of discounted ticket prices. Tickets starting at $40 include a hot dog, bag of chips and a Pepsi product (minimum of three tickets required for offer). In support of the NFL's Play 60 initiative, a national campaign focused on promoting health and fitness among youth, the Buffalo Bills and the Independent Health Foundation will host students who completed the Play 60 Challenge and Fitness for Kids Challenge in a pregame on-field recognition ceremony. Week 14: Jets vs. Bills, Dec. 9
The Bills will host the New York Jets on Sunday, Dec. 9, for a Week 14 matchup, presented by Unyts. Throughout the game, the Bills will celebrate Player Cause Week featuring the "My Cause, My Cleats" program.
Week 15: Lions vs. Bills, Dec. 16
The Bills will welcome the Detroit Lions to town on Sunday, Dec. 16, for a Week 15 matchup. As a part of the Play Football initiative, fans will watch the High School Coach of the Year Award ceremony during pregame. Presented by ADPRO Sports, the Coach of the Year award honors one high school football coach from the Buffalo region and one coach from the Rochester region, as well as the 10 High School Coach of the Week winners from the Buffalo region and 10 from the Rochester region.
Week 17: Dolphins vs. Bills, Dec. 30
The Bills will host the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, Dec. 30, for their last regular season home game. The Week 17 matchup will pay special tribute to Bills fans for their continued support. The annual Fan Appreciation game will feature great prizes that will be given away at New Era Field during the matchup.*
