NIckel cornerback Taron Johnson left the field during the first drive of Buffalo's season opener against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Bills announced he left the game with a forearm injury. His return is questionable.

No. 39 Cam Lewis has filled his spot in the lineup.

UPDATE: The Bills announced at the start of the second half that Johnson has been downgraded to out.
