Wednesday, May 15:
Club Seat Holders and Season Ticket Holders with seniority from 1960 to 1985 can purchase individual game tickets beginning Wednesday, May 15 at 9:00 a.m. Ticket purchases will be limited to six (6) tickets per game per account.
Thursday, May 16:
Season Ticket Holders with seniority from 1986 to 2005 can purchase individual game tickets beginning Thursday, May 16 at 9:00 a.m. Ticket purchases will be limited to six (6) tickets per game per account.
Friday, May 17:
Season Ticket Holders with seniority from 2006 to 2013 can purchase individual game tickets beginning Friday, May 17 at 9:00 a.m. Ticket purchases will be limited to six (6) tickets per game per account.
Saturday, May 18:
Season Ticket Holders with two (2) or more season tickets on their account can purchase group tickets in-person and on the phone beginning Saturday, May 18 at 9:00 a.m.
PURCHASE DETAILS
Non-group tickets can be purchased through Account Manager on buffalobills.com. You will need your season ticket account number or e-mail address and your password to log in. Tickets can also be purchased by calling 1-877-228-4257. Due to the high volume of calls during these days, wait times will vary. Additionally, tickets can be purchased at the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office at Ralph Wilson Stadium with photo identification.
In-person and phone orders may be taken during our regular ticket office hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. The ticket office will be open Saturday, May 18 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.Orders will only be taken from the Season Ticket Holder of record. *
