Playoff football is coming back to Highmark Stadium.
The AFC East champions will host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, Jan. 14 at 1:00 pm. The game will air on CBS.
Buffalo is 4-1 at Highmark Stadium in playoffs since 2017.
The Bills have made it to the playoffs for the fifth consecutive season. It's the second longest playoff streak in franchise history (six seasons from 1988-1993).
This will be the first time the two teams will meet in Buffalo for a playoff game. It will mark the fourth time these teams have met in the playoffs and the first time since January 6, 1996 – a Pittsburgh win 41-20. Buffalo defeated the Steelers 24-3 on January 9, 1993. The Bills lost 32-14 on December 22, 1974 in Pittsburgh.
The two teams met the regular season in 2022 when the Bills won 38-3 at Highmark Stadium on October 9.
The Bills have won five consecutive games to close the 2023 regular season. It's the third time in team history the Bills have closed the season with a five game or more winning streak – seven games in 2022 and six games in 2000. The Bills have also finished the regular season with 11+ wins for the fourth consecutive season – tying a franchise record from 1990-1993.
