The Buffalo Bills are the AFC East Division Champions for a franchise-record fifth consecutive season.
Buffalo clinched the division title with a 35-10 win over the 49ers on Sunday Night Football, solidifying the team's spot in the NFL Playoffs. The Bills are the first team since 2009 (Indianapolis Colts) to clinch a division title with 5+ games left in the regular season.
Bills HC Sean McDermott has also made it to the playoffs the last six seasons and in seven of his eight total seasons as head coach (since 2017).
Buffalo is now 20-2 in December and January regular season games since 2020, which includes a 15-game win streak in the regular season. Buffalo is 26-6 in regular season games at home since the 2021 season.
The Bills are 10-2 for the first time since 1991.
