In the latest edition of Mock Draft Watch, edge rushers seem to be a popular pick. Check out who the analysts and experts think would be the best fit for the Bills at No. 30.

No. 30 – WR Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State

The Bills strengthen the supporting cast for reigning MVP Josh Allen by adding a receiver with a high football IQ, great route-running ability and the toughness to make contested catches downfield.

No. 30 – EDGE Mike Green, Marshall

The Bills need to believe that Green's off-field past isn't an issue to make this pick, but otherwise, he can be very productive in their pass-rush scheme.

No. 30 – DT Kenneth Grant, Michigan

The one-time three-star recruit from Indiana wasted little time making jaws drop when he arrived in Ann Arbor. He was 360 pounds, and he clocked a sub-5.0 40, according to Jim Harbaugh. Those incredible wheels showed up a lot on the field, particularly when he ran down Penn State star running back Kaytron Allen in a game.

The 6-4, 331-pound Grant has 33 1/2-inch arms and made 32 tackles with 6.5 TFLs and three sacks alongside Mason Graham in 2024.

"He was just as impactful in our game as Graham," a Big Ten running backs coach said. "He's a monster. He's big and nasty and has some pass rush to him."

"I thought he was just OK," a Power 4 conference line coach said. "I didn't love him. I thought he took plays off. He'd jump around blocks. He didn't always play through the blocks. He is very athletic and you do see flashes of really good stuff."

"He's got great size, length, and is super explosive," said a Big Ten offensive line coach. "He just needs to be more polished. You can see times where it looks like he wore down."

No. 30 – EDGE Landon Jackson, Arkansas

No. 30 – EDGE Donovan Ezeiruaku, Boston College

With Joey Bosa signed to a one-year deal in Buffalo, the Bills could bring Ezeiruaku along slowly as a rookie while still adding rush value to their defensive front with this pick.

No. 30 – CB Maxwell Hairston, Kentucky

Christian Benford just landed an extension, but this defense could really use another outside corner. Not only was Hairston (4.28 40) the only player to outrun Golden at the combine, he's a playmaker – pilfering five passes in 2023 before struggling with injuries last season.

TRADE No. 30 to TAMPA BAY for No. 19 – CB Will Johnson, Michigan

Trade terms: Bills receive No. 19 pick; Buccaneers receive No. 30 pick and No. 62 pick

The Bills have plenty of defensive depth but lack star power and are extremely thin at cornerback. With an extra second-round pick at their disposal, they should trade up and grab a potential star like Johnson. While he's had some recent injury issues, he earned an elite 91.3 PFF coverage grade during his three seasons at Michigan.

No. 30 – CB Darien Porter, Iowa State

The Bills just locked in Christian Benford long-term this past week with an awesome valued contract extension. Still, the other cornerback spot is, well, a bit of a question.

Dane Jackson is currently penciled in as the other starter. Buffalo would likely love to get a more talented option in-house after moving on from Kaiir Elam. Porter has all the length that Buffalo likes and ample potential for coach Sean McDermott to develop.

No. 30 – EDGE Landon Jackson, Arkansas

The Bills appear to be enamored with Landon Jackson, meeting with him several times in the pre-draft process. Jackson can play all along Buffalo's defensive front with the size and motor Sean McDermott would like. Jackson has come a long, long way since the viral bag drill video and I wouldn't bet against him being an impact player in the NFL.

No. 30 – CB Azareye'h Tomas, Florida State

If the Bills don't plan to bring back Rasul Douglas, I could see them targeting a longer corner such as Thomas. The Kaiir Elam experiment flopped, but that shouldn't dissuade Buffalo from taking Thomas, who also had some great camp battles with Keon Coleman in their one season together at Florida State. A D-lineman could also make sense here.

No. 30 – DT Kenneth Grant, Michigan

Grant is a large human being (6-4, 331) whom the Bills need to strengthen and shore up their defensive line.
