The Bills traded with the Chicago Bears, giving away their No. 213 overall pick in Round 6 in exchange for two Round 7 picks: No. 239 and No. 241

With the second of the acquired picks, Buffalo selected Texas A&M guard Ar'maj Reed-Adams.
