Amazon Prime announced on Tuesday that the Bills will travel to Miami on Thursday, September 12 at 8:15 pm.
Among the top games to watch for, the Bills will host the defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City and will travel to play both Baltimore and Detroit, who both won their respective divisions.
In addition, the Bills will play the AFC South and NFC West teams.
