He was unable to practice all week, so it was no surprise that Bills TE Charles Clay was among Buffalo's inactive players for today's game against Jacksonville.
Clay, who suffered the hamstring injury in the Week 9 loss to New England, missed the team's Week 10 win over the Jets. Unfortunately, the bye week in Week 11 did not provide enough time for Clay to recover from the injury.
Buffalo will have just two tight ends active for the second straight game in Jason Croom and Logan Thomas.
Also inactive is Bills veteran QB Derek Anderson, who remains in concussion protocol. He was declared out on Friday, making it his second straight game on the sidelines.
Here is the full list of Buffalo inactives.
