AM Practice - 8/6/07On Anthony Hargrove's situation…
At this time, we are gathering all the available information, so that we can make the most appropriate decision that the facts require. And obviously we don't have all that information at this point. So we don't have a lot to say. The league is very aware. The league office is aware of the situation. We notified them. And we'll just see where it goes. Anthony was not at our morning walk-through. He was at court this morning, so we should know a little more this morning. But as we move along, when we do feel that we have all the facts and where it's heading, we'll let you know.
On if Hargrove will practice this evening…
As of right now, the answer to that would be yes as far as we know because Anthony is not guilty of anything at this point.
On the situation…
The situation is disappointing. We all, and I'm sure you talk about it yourselves, but we certainly talk about it a good deal with our team, that you can get in the wrong situation. But you can be in a good situation and bad things happen. We're disappointed that it occurred. I can't say really anything more about it.
On the situation and the NFL's personal conduct code…
Almost any discipline that's taken here is in the hands of the league office. It's structured that way. The Collective Bargaining Agreement is structured that way. That's where it is. I'm sure they're in a similar situation to us where they'll wait and gather all the information and then make the appropriate decisions.
On Anthony Hargrove's demeanor…
He's very disappointed.
