While the entire world deals with the pandemic of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the day-to-day business of the NFL continues with free agency currently front and center. And although there have been a myriad of media reports on player transactions across the league, the pandemic has created an issue in these transactions being officially completed.
As reported by NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, players are prohibited from entering their team facilities through March 31st. This will delay the process of newly acquired players from taking and presumably passing their physicals, a common final step in the player acquisition process.
As the world and the United States deals with this health crisis, circumstances will continue to change on a daily basis. We will do our best here at Buffalobills.com to keep you informed at a very exciting time in our team's development, but at this point all of the media reports about the transactions that have taken place with our club will not be finalized for the foreseeable future.
Thanks Bills fans for your understanding and patience as we all navigate a much different world than we lived in just a couple of weeks ago.
