The Buffalo Bills and M&T Bank hosted the winners of the 2012 M&T Bank Draft Day Challenge at One Bills Drive Tuesday.
Donald Hebert of Hilton, NY, Richard W. Griswold of Rochester, NY, Kahlil Sarikey of Hamburg, NY, Lisa Engler of Depew, NY and David Riederer of West Seneca, NY were all part of the 16 percent of Bills fans who correctly picked Stephon Gilmore to be the Buffalo Bills first draft choice on the Buffalo Bills Official Facebook page and the M&T Bank My Bills Card Facebook Page.
The winners and a guest visited the Bills facilities, and had the opportunity to meet Stephon Gilmore, asking him questions about the Draft and the upcoming season.
"The draft is a crazy thing, and knowing that the fans chose me and getting to meet them was a great a great feeling," said Bills Cornerback Stephon Gilmore. "They were asking me how I like Buffalo, how OTA's are going so far and I told them that Buffalo has been great to me . I've met some great people and fans."
"I knew he was a solid corner and would be a great pick for us," said Kalil Sarikey, one of the M&T Bank Draft Day Challenge Winners on why he chose Gilmore for the contest. "Cornerback is a huge position. I thought he was a very laid back guy and seemed true to his word. I'm excited to have him here in Buffalo."
After a meet and greet and autograph signing with Gilmore, the M&T Bank Draft Day Challenge winners took a facility tour, checking out the Bills locker room, Fieldhouse and weight rooms.
In addition, winners received an autographed 2012 Buffalo Bills helmet from M&T Bank and the Buffalo Bills.
