As Buffalo Bills fans prepare for the upcoming season, they will now have a reliable, safe, and affordable transportation option for attending games with the arrival of Uber, the Official Rideshare Partner of the Buffalo Bills. New Era Field's Uber Zonewill be open for fans all season, beginning with the Bills preseason opener against the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday night. The Uber Zone, indicated through both a special in-app feature and customized Uber signs on location, is located just outside the stadium on the southeast corner of Abbott Road and Big Tree Road (Route 20A). The dedicated lot will help ensure that fans are able to easily connect with their driver and begin their ride home as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Fans using Uber are instructed to open the app while leaving the stadium and request their desired vehicle option (uberX or uberXL). Fans should then head to the Uber Zone, by crossing Big Tree Road (Route 20A) at the Abbott Road intersection. Drivers will call or text riders upon entering the Uber Zone to inform fans which row their vehicle is located in.
"As the 2017 football season begins, we look forward to offering Bills fans an easy and convenient way to get to and from New Era Field and cheer on their team," said Uber Spokesperson Danielle Filson. "Buffalo Bills fans, we'll see you in New Era Field's Uber Zone!"

The location of the Uber Zone at KeyBank Centerwill be announced at a later date. It will be active for all Buffalo Sabres home games, along with Buffalo Bandits games, and concerts and events at both KeyBank Center and HarborCenter.
