BUFFALO BILLS 2020 PLAYOFFS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

As part of a New York State Demonstration Project, Buffalo Bills fans were permitted to attend the first Bills home playoff game in 25 years. New York State approved a capacity of 6,772 fans to attend the Bills first playoff game. At this time, it has not been determined if fans will be permitted to attend the Divisional round matchup. If fans are permitted, they will be required to obtain a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test result prior to the game. This testing will be conducted by the NFL's testing partner, BioReference Laboratories. Please see below for information about the testing requirements. Further, attendees will be required to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to arrival at Bills Stadium pursuant to the questionnaire below. Please see below for information about ticketing.

All fans attending the Bills Playoff Game will be required to adhere to all applicable New York State, CDC and NFL Guidelines. In addition, any fans traveling to New York will need to follow New York State Travel Guidelines. Please see the following link for information about NYS Travel Guidelines.

TICKETING

GAMEDAY GUIDELINES

Do I need to wear a mask? All attendees will be required to always wear a mask while at Bills Stadium. Masks must be worn at all time while on stadium grounds and while traversing Bills Stadium, and while sitting in your assigned seat, club seat or suite. The only time you are permitted to remove your mask is during the active consumption of food and beverage. Non-compliance with the mask requirement will result in ejection.

Will tailgating be allowed? NO. Tailgating will NOT be permitted.

Where do I park? Based on your seating location, your ticket pod will be assigned parking spots in a specific parking lot located in the "North Zone" or "South Zone" at Bills Stadium. Your parking lot and zone will be associated with where your gate assignment to enter Bills Stadium is located. As parking is added to your ticket price, all fans will park in the Bills parking lots at Bills Stadium. Please see the Parking Lot Map here for additional information. Due to safety concerns, rideshare is strongly discouraged.

When can I enter Bills Stadium? Gates will open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Fans may enter Bills Stadium "early" through their designated gate at this two (2) hour mark until ninety (90) minutes before kick-off. Starting ninety (90) minutes before kickoff, all ticket holders within a ticket pod will be assigned a specific 10-minute window to enter Bills Stadium. Entry times are being assigned to manage the flow of fans into Bills Stadium and to help everyone get into the stadium on-time and safely. Fans MUST enter at their assigned gate as noted on their ticket or they will not be permitted entry. Once inside Bills Stadium, fans will be restricted to their respective zone. Please see the Zone Map here.

What is the process for entering Bills Stadium? Fans will be required to go through two checkpoints at their assigned gate.

  • Checkpoint # 1 – The first checkpoint will be to verify the ticket holder's negative COVID-19 test result. All ticket holders will be required to provide (1) proof of their negative COVID-19 test from the BioReference laboratory and (2) a government issued ID (e.g., Driver's License, Passport). The government issued ID must match the name on proof of the negative COVID-19 test for attendees of all ages. Proof of the negative COVID-19 test is the BioReference test result in the form of (i) a mobile screen shot from the BioReference portal or (ii) a print-out of the test result from BioReference.
  • Checkpoint # 2 – The second checkpoint will be the standard security screening and ticket verification.

What is required to enter Bills Stadium? In addition to a valid ticket, fans will be required to provide either (1) a mobile screen shot of the PDF view or 2) a printout with the fan's name, date of birth, address, and negative test result from the official testing laboratory. This will be required to show for entry into the stadium along with government issued ID for every ticket holder.

What happens if I do not have a mobile phone or do not have a printed PDF of my test results? It's a requirement that all fans have proof of their negative test result via their mobile phone or a printed PDF.

What happens if I can't prove that I had a negative Covid-19 test on gameday? You will NOT be permitted to enter Bills Stadium. Please contact the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office in this scenario prior to Gameday.

Will bags be permitted at Bills Stadium? NO. Bags will not be permitted inside Bills Stadium as part of enhanced safety procedures and to expedite entry. A small clutch purse (4.5"x6.5") for personal belongings is permitted. Please contact your Bills Ticket Representative for any special needs.

Will concessions be available? Yes. Concession stands will be open until 10 PM for the Divisional Round game (as mandated by New York State executive order) and every concession stand will have the same limited food and beverage offerings. We strongly encourage all fans utilize the closest concession stand to their seating location to limit traffic flow throughout Bills Stadium, and to purchase food and beverage prior to 10 PM during the Divisional Round game. All concession purchases will be CASHLESS. Only credit and debit cards will be accepted as a form of payment at Bills Stadium or the Bills Store. We are limiting eating and drinking to the seating bowl or in suites to avoid congregation in the concourse.
