Ticket purchases will be limited to six (6) tickets per game per account on May 18. Tickets can be purchased through Account Manager, by phone at 1-877-228-4257, or in-person at the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office at Ralph Wilson Stadium. In-person and phone orders will only be taken from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
May 19
Beginning Saturday, May 19 Season Ticket Holders with two (2) or more season tickets on their account can purchase individual game tickets with no ticket limits by phone at 1-877-228-4257, or in-person at the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office at Ralph Wilson Stadium. In-person and phone orders will only be taken from 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Group tickets will not be available through Account Manager.

Tickets can be purchased through Account Manager here. You will need your season ticket account number or e-mail address and your password to log in. There will be a $3.00 per ticket convenience fee and a $4.00 handling fee charged for all online orders. Group tickets will not be available through Account Manager.
Phone
Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-877-228-4257. You will need your account number to order. A $4.00 handling charge will be added to all phone orders. Due to the high volume of calls during these days wait times will vary.
In-Person
Tickets can be purchased with photo identification at the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office at Ralph Wilson Stadium beginning at 9:00 A.M.

-Full Payment is required at the time of purchase.
-We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. Cash payments and checks payable to the Buffalo Bills in U.S. funds will be accepted for in-person orders at the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office.
-We can only take orders from the Season Ticket Holder of record.
-Season ticket accounts must be in good standing to take advantage of this presale offer.
-No fax orders will be accepted.
-No refunds. No exchanges. Specific games and ticket quantities are subject to availability.
-Tickets for the Buffalo Bills game played at the Rogers Centre in Toronto are not available through the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office. Please visit billsintoronto.com for more information.
