The Buffalo Bills had another record-breaking year of fan support during the 2023 season, growing the Season Ticket Base to 63,767, which is the most ever for the organization.
Interest is as high as ever as the Bills gear up for the 2024 season. Year over year, there was a 97% renewal rate for season tickets from 2022 to 2023 and an average of 70,615 fans filled Highmark Stadium this season. It's also just the second time in franchise history that the Season Ticket Base was over 60,000 in back-to-back seasons.
"We're so thankful and appreciative for all of the support from our season ticket members and really all of Bills Mafia," Bills Vice President of Ticket Sales Chris Colleary said. "It's really just amazing and a true testament of how great our fans are."
This week, new details are available for 2024 season ticket pricing as well as information on the New Highmark Stadium and the Bills Stadium Experience.
More details on New Highmark Stadium and Stadium Experience opening
The Bills Stadium Experience, the official preview center for New Highmark Stadium, is on track to open in March.
The appointment-only venue located in the Walker Center will provide an opportunity for fans to take an interactive sneak peek of the new stadium along with the opportunity to select their seats.
Season Ticket Members will have priority access to select seats in the new stadium. All Members will have access to comparable or better seats than their existing experience.
Every Season Ticket Member will have a dedicated new stadium representative to guide them through the transition to the new stadium. They will begin reaching out to season ticket accounts later this month.
The Bills have over 15,000 season ticket accounts and are asking Season Ticket Members to be patient throughout the process. New Highmark Stadium offers many different seating options, benefits and amenities compared to the current stadium, and it is crucial that every fan have the opportunity to visit, evaluate their options, and choose the seats that match their desired gameday experience.
"It will take quite some time to get through all season ticket accounts," Colleary said. "We don't want a Season Ticket Member to be concerned if they haven't been invited to the Stadium Experience yet."
Season Ticket Members will be invited in waves to view seating options. Club seat members will be the first group to be invited to review currently available club options. Remaining accounts will be invited based on current seat location and account seniority as additional seating options are made available.
Additional insight into the design of the New Highmark Stadium:
- Fan Protection: 64% of fans covered by roof canopy
- Closer to the Action*:* Last row on the west sideline is 54 feet closer to the field than the current stadium
