Coverage begins Wednesday at 7 p.m. with the 'Countdown to the Draft' show presented by New Era airing locally on WKBW. The voice of the Bills John Murphy, along with Bills Insider Chris Brown and WKBW sports anchor Jeff Russo will preview the 2014 draft from every angle. The show will feature EJ Manuel as he looks back on his draft day experience in a sit-down interview with buffalobills.com multimedia reporter Alexandra Vitale. Bills Director of Player Personnel Jim Monos will breakdown some of the draft's most notable prospects on-camera with John Murphy. Chris Brown speaks with General Manager Doug Whaley as he prepares for his first NFL Draft.
WGR 550 will provide live coverage from One Bills Drive starting on Thursday, May 8 with Sal Capaccio broadcasting from Noon – 3 p.m. Schopp and the Bulldog will follow at 1 Bills Drive from 3 – 7 p.m.
The John Murphy Show presented by NOCO will air from 7 – 8 p.m. and the NFL Draft with John Murphy follows from 8 – midnight. Guests throughout the week will include General Manager Doug Whaley, President and CEO Russ Brandon, Director of Player Personnel Jim Monos, Director of College Scouting Kelvin Fisher, Buffalo Bills draft selections, Bills insider Chris Brown, Buffalobills.com's Alexandra Vitale from the team's draft party at UB's Alumni Arena and more.
Coverage will continue on Friday with the first round selection interview with the Howard Simon Show. And then coverage will continue from One Bills Drive from noon to midnight.
