Western New York Urology Associates, PC (WNYUA) and Cancer Care of Western New York (CCWNY) are hosting a prostate screening event on Saturday, August 27, 2016, from 9 a.m. until noon at Johnnie B. Wiley Stadium, located at 1100 Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo.
Prostate screenings will be done through a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test.
Men who receive a PSA screening will be entered into a drawing for one of 15 pairs of tickets to the sold out Buffalo Bills home opener on September 15.
Other raffle prizes include autographed Buffalo Bills items, spa gift cards and more.
The family-friendly event will also include a family wellness fair with light refreshments.
WNYUA and CCWNY are hosting this men's health screening event to promote early detection of prostate cancer, the most common type of cancer among American men.
Over the past 20 years WNYUA and CCWNY have helped more than 10,000 prostate cancer patients fight this potentially deadly disease.
