The Bills hosted the annual Thanksgiving Blitz at FeedMore WNY. Hayley Beane, Jamie McDermott, alongside Buffalo Bills staff and Legends; Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Jeff Nixon, Lou Piccone, and Marlo Perry prepped and distributed meals to families from throughout the Western New York community.

To launch his new charity, Keon Coleman hosted a coat giveaway as well as a tour of Highmark stadium for youth from the Boys & Girls Club of Buffalo.

The Buffalo Bills and M&T Bank celebrate the winner of the 2024 M&T Bank Touchdown for Teachers competition with a special event at Maryvale High School on Tuesday, November 12. Buffalo Bills, Khalil Shakir and Billy Buffalo joined M&T Bank to announce Breanna Pelonero as this year's winner and present the Maryvale School District with a $5,000 grant to further Pelonero's impact in the school community. The Buffalo Bills, in partnership with LECOM, host a Salute to Service Baby Shower at Highmark Stadium, honoring military families and celebrating their newest additions. The gallery is presented by LECOM.

The Buffalo Bills partnered with Gatorade, Special Olympics New York and the Town of Hamburg Recreation Department to host the annual flag football clinic for local Unified athletes. There were special appearances by Bills players Tommy Doyle, Mack Hollins, Kingsley Jonathan, Quintin Morris and Ryan Van Demark as well as Billy Buffalo. The Unified athletes participated in flag football drills and games to help develop their fundamental skills.

On Tuesday November 5th, 2024 the Toyota Rookie Club visited Como Park Elementary School in Lancaster. The Buffalo Bills rookies helped students cast their ballots as the school voted for either a Relaxation Day or a Yes Day where teachers would say "yes" to almost any activity such as watching a movie or drawing during class!

Buffalo Bills Left Tackle Dion Dawkins hosted his second annual "Talent Shnow" charity fundraiser on November 4, 2024, at The Statler Buffalo. Inspired by his team's Karaoke Fridays, the event featured performances by Dion, his Bills teammates, and local talents like Cami Clune and the Buffalo Comedy Collective. Guests enjoyed a night of music, comedy, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres, all in support of Dion's Dreamers, a foundation focused on mentoring and supporting youth facing challenges. Funds raised from the event will help provide resources to young people in underserved communities, empowering them to overcome hardships.

To kick off Native American Heritage month this November, the Buffalo Bills honored indigenous peoples at their November 3 game against the Miami Dolphins. Indigenous artist Jacky Snyder made beaded medallions for players Eli Ankou, Ty Johnson, and Alec Anderson, all of whom have indigenous roots. Indigenous artist Aryien Stevens made a beaded hat for Bills defensive coordinator Bobby Babich, who also has indigenous roots. At the game on Sunday, the Bills had members of the Salamanca Warriors and Seneca Sachems football teams, as well as Native American Community Services hold banners on-field pregame. The Color Guard was American Legion Iroquois Post 1587 Honor Guard. At halftime the K^tyohkwa performed a social dance. They are made up of individuals from the Six Nations Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, and Seneca. They are still here and carrying on their ways as native people to their homeland's pride, strength, and honor for their ancestors before them who handed down their ways to them. During the third quarter break, the Bills honored Specialist 4th Class Carson Waterman, a veteran of the United States Army.

Dion Dawkins and fellow teammates joined Hon. Brenda M. Freedman for the Youth Empowerment Program Celebration to recognize youth who successfully completed programs through the juvenile justice system.
