Quarterbacks on the 2020 Schedule
After making the playoffs in 2019, the Bills have a schedule full of top quarterback talent in 2020. Scroll through for a week-by-week look at the likely starter for each team on Buffalo's schedule this season.
Week 1 vs. NYJ | Sam Darnold
Sam Darnold enters year three as New York's starter after being selected third overall in the 2018 NFL Draft. The Bills selected Josh Allen number seven in the same draft.
Darnold and Allen are friends, and work out together occasionally in the offseason. Allen won the only matchup last season where both QB's started and finished the game.

Week 2 at MIA | Ryan Fitzpatrick
After leaving Buffalo as one of the team's most prolific passers, "Fitzmagic" played for a few different teams before landing with Miami last season. The Bills were 2-0 against Fitzpatrick last season.

Week 3 vs. LAR | Jared Goff
Goff was the first overall pick in the 2016 draft by the Rams, and has since racked up a 33-21 record as a starter while being name a Pro Bowler twice and leading the Rams to the playoffs twice. This will be his first game against the Bills.

Week 4 at Las Vegas | Derek Carr
Derek Carr will host the Bills for the third time in his career, and play the Bills for the fourth time overall. He is 2-1 overall against Buffalo in his career, but lost the last matchup in 2017, 34-14. In three games against the Bills, Carr has completed 56.78% of his passes with 5 TD and 2 INT.

Week 5 at TEN | Ryan Tannehill
Tannehill took over the starting QB job for Marcus Mariota during the 2019 season and led the Titans all the way to the AFC Championship game. The Bills beat Tennessee on the road last year 14-7, with Marcus Mariota under center. As quarterback of the Dolphins, Tannehill went 4-7 against the Bills with 15 TD's and 11 INT's.

Week 6 vs. KC | Patrick Mahomes
The Super Bowl MVP will travel to Buffalo for a Thursday Night Football game in Week 6. He has not faced Buffalo yet in his career, but threw for over 4,000 yards and 26 touchdowns in just 14 regular season starts in 2019. He was named to the Pro Bowl in each of the last two seasons and was the league MVP in 2018 after throwing 50 touchdowns in the regular season.

Week 7 at NYJ | Sam Darnold
Sam Darnold enters year three as New York's starter after being selected third overall in the 2018 NFL Draft. Darnold is 2-1 against Buffalo in games he started, with one of the wins coming in Week 17 last season after Buffalo had already secured playoff seeding. He has thrown 3 TD's and 2 INT's in those three games.

Week 8 vs. NE | Jarrett Stidham
Tom Brady is off to Tampa Bay, and Stidham slots in as the likely starter. He has attempted just 4 passes in his career, with one of them being intercepted.

Week 9 vs. SEA | Russell Wilson
A six-time Pro Bowler and one-time Super Bowl champion, Wilson is undoubtedly one of the best quarterbacks in football. He led the Seahawks back to the playoffs in 2019 after throwing for over 4,000 yards to go along with a 31:5 TD:INT ratio.
He has played the Bills in 2012 and 2016, winning both games. In those games, he has thrown 3 touchdowns and rushed for 4 more without throwing an interception.

Week 10 at ARI | Kyler Murray
The top selection in the 2019 draft will welcome the Bills to Arizona in Week 10. Murray started all 16 games as a rookie, throwing for 20 TD and 12 INT while also rushing for 4 more touchdowns. His performance in 2019 led him to be named Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Week 12 vs. LAC | Tyrod Taylor/ Justin Herbert
The Chargers should have a QB battle on their hands in 2020, as first-round pick Justin Herbert will look to get on the field ahead of former Bills QB Tyrod Taylor. Taylor split time with Phillip Rivers in 2019, and Rivers is now in Indianapolis with the Colts.

Week 13 at SF | Jimmy Garoppolo
"Jimmy G" will be the starting QB again in 2020 for the defending NFC Champion 49ers. A former backup in New England, he is 0-1 against the Bills in games he appeared in. He appeared during a 17-9 Bills win in 2014, where he was 10-17 passing for just 90 yards.

Week 14 vs. PIT | Ben Roethlisberger
"Big Ben" will get ready for his fifth game against the Bills, with this one scheduled to happen on Sunday Night Football. After missing nearly all of 2019 due to injury, he is currently projected to be back and starting for the Steelers in 2020. Big Ben is 4-0 lifetime against the Bills, but has only thrown 2 TD to 5 INT.

Week 15 at DEN | Drew Lock
Lock enters his second year as Denver's QB and will be the unquestioned starter this season. He did not appear in the matchup in Buffalo last season, a 20-3 Bills win.

Week 16 at NE | Jarrett Stidham

Week 17 vs. MIA | Ryan Fitzpatrick/ Tua Tagovailoa
Health is the big question for Tua in year one after being selected fifth overall in the 2020 NFL Draft. A standout in college at Alabama, the Dolphins are tabbing him as the QB of the future, and the Bills could see him for the first time in 2020.
