Is in his third season with the Buffalo Bills as the assistant special teams coach. Prior to Buffalo, Harkey was the tight ends coach at Tennessee State. Harkey spent five seasons as a tight end with the St. Louis Rams prior to getting into coaching. Harkey was selected twice for the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship, spending time with the Packers and the Rams in 2019.
