Biography
Is in his 8th season in Buffalo and his third as the team's special teams coordinator. He spent his first five years in Buffalo as the team's assistant special
teams coach. He has helped the Bills reach the playoffs six times (2017, 2019-23) and win four consecutive division titles (2020-23). Prior to his coaching career, Smiley served in the United States Air Force as a maintenance officer in Grand Forks, ND.
