With the 17-10 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Buffalo Bills are heading to the playoffs. It's their first postseason appearance since 2017 and their first time making the playoffs twice in three years since 1999.
With the victory, Buffalo is now 10-4 on the season which is the team's best record through 14 games since 1993.
Not only is it Buffalo's 10th win of the season, it's the Bills' sixth road win. The team improved to 6-1 away from home which is the first time the Bills have won six of their first seven road games since 1964.
If the playoff picture was finalized today, the Bills would be the fifth seed - holders of the top wild card spot in the AFC and would face the Houston Texans, current leaders in the AFC South. Two weeks remain in the regular season, so matchups and seedings are subject to change.
Buffalo is still in the hunt for the AFC East title, the Bills would need to win out and the Patriots would need to lose their last two games for the Bills to claim their first division title this century.
Final seedings and matchups will be finalized in the final two weeks.
