During his Friday appearance on WGR550, Bills head coach Sean McDermott ruled out TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) for Sunday night's game against the 49ers.
WR Keon Coleman (wrist), LB Matt Milano (biceps) and DeWayne Carter (wrist) will all be listed as questionable on the team's injury report.
Coleman has missed the last two games with a wrist injury and has been limited in practice this week. Buffalo has until Saturday at 4 p.m. to activate either Milano or Carter off injured reserve. McDermott said they are taking it one day at a time with all three players.
OT Spencer Brown (ankle) is cleared to play against the 49ers after missing Week 11 against the Chiefs.
"He should be good to go," McDermott said.
