Orchard Park, N.Y. – The Buffalo Bills announced that the 1:00 p.m., Sunday, September 7th game vs. the Seattle Seahawks will feature the team's annual Coors Light Ultimate Tailgate to kickoff the season.
Prior to the game, the Bills will host tailgate activities in Lot C in front of Ralph Wilson Stadium from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The free event will feature an interactive games area, Jills cheerleaders, Billy Buffalo the Bills mascot, souvenir photo opportunities, vendor displays and giveaways, a food and concessions village, a live radio broadcast, and live music featuring country/rock group Halfway to Hazard brought to you locally by Time Warner Cable and Country Music Television.
In addition, former Bills special teamer and wide receiver from 1977-82, Lou Piccone, will sing the national anthem during pregame activities. The United States Air Force will also perform a fly-over at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
The Coors Light Season Opener Tailgate is the first of two scheduled for the Bills home season. The next Coors Light Ultimate Tailgate will be Monday, November 17, 2008 when the Bills host the Cleveland Browns for a Monday Night Football contest at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
