The Bills did not have quite as much free agent visitor traffic this week in Orchard Park, but on Friday they are hosting free agent WR Kenny Britt at One Bills Drive.
A former first-round pick of the Tennessee Titans (2009) Britt (6-3, 223) appeared in 12 games last season catching 11 passes for 96 yards. Britt saw limited playing time for much of the 2013 season and was a healthy inactive for the Titans in three of their last four games. He also missed a Week 4 game against the Jets due to a fractured rib.
In 2012 Britt successfully returned from a season-ending knee injury (ACL/MCL) the year before appearing in 14 games making 11 starts. He finished third on the team in receptions with 45 for 589 yards and tied for the team lead with four receiving touchdowns.
At age 25, Britt still has most of his career in front of him and could be an explosive downfield threat for any offense.
Buffalo's front office has made no secret about their desire to add size to the receiving corps.
Britt has reportedly had free agent visits with St. Louis, New England and Washington. Carolina is another team that has been mentioned as having interest in the five-year NFL veteran.
