Week 10 presents a potential shootout between a Buffalo Bills offense coming off one of its best performances of the season and an Arizona Cardinals unit that leads the NFL in yards per game.

The Cardinals offense has averaged 29.3 points per game this season, the sixth-highest mark in the NFL. Their defense, meanwhile, has allowed an average of 22.5 points per game, which is eight-lowest.
Arizona has seen combined scores of 50-plus points in each of their past two games, a 37-34 overtime victory over Seattle and a 34-31 loss to Miami last Sunday. Five of their previous six games fell between 40 and 50 total points – although four of them came against bottom-six offenses in terms of scoring.
The Bills are averaging 26.9 points per game, placing them below Seattle and Miami but above each of the six teams the Cardinals played prior: San Francisco, Detroit, Carolina, Dallas, Washington, and the New York Jets. Here is the Cardinals total points breakdown through eight games.
