1 - Buffalo lands QB and LB in Jeremiah's latest mockWith the NFL Scouting Combine a couple days in the rearview mirror, some of these mock drafts will surely shuffle up a little bit. However, the Bills are projected to take two guys who've seemingly been destined for the first-round from the get-go.
NFL Media Analyst, Daniel Jeremiah, released his mock draft 2.0 on Tuesday. With the 21st and 22nd overall pick, he has Buffalo selecting linebacker Rashaan Evans and quarterback Lamar Jackson. Those two top talents have been in many of the first-round mock drafts this year.

With the Bills back-to-back first-round picks, Jeremiah projects Evans is the first to come off the board. The 6-3, 234-pound LB flourished in his four-year career (2014-2017) at Alabama. In those years with the Crimson Tide, he came away with 150 tackles, 23.5 tackles for a loss, 15 sacks, five passes defended, two forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries.
Here's Jeremiah's thoughts on the type of player that Evans is.
Evans is an explosive, playmaking linebacker capable of covering backs and tight ends.
Right after addressing the LB position, the Bills jump over to the other side of the ball and select Jackson the QB from Louisville. At 6-3, 211-pounds, he destroyed opposing defenses with his arm and legs. In three years (2015-2017) with the Cardinals, he put up 9,043 passing yards, 69 passing touchdowns, and 27 interceptions. What he did with his feet what just as impressive. He chalked up 655 carries for 4,132 yards and 50 TDs.
This is Jeremiah's take on the Bills bringing in a QB in the late first-round.
*I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills packaged some picks to move up for one of the other quarterbacks, but if they sit still, I could see them building an offense around Jackson's skill set.

2 - Will McCoy lead the NFL in rushing from 2012 to 2021?Since entering the NFL in 2009, Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy has racked up the most rushing yards of any back with 10,092. Can the six-time Pro Bowler keep that pace until 2021 and earn a "decade rushing title?"
Football Perspective asked, “Will LeSean McCoy lead the NFL in rushing from 2012-2021?” Considering McCoy's impressive track record, Football Perspective predicts he'll be the top rushing RB from that 10-year span.
McCoy is already the career leader in rushing yards from 2009-2017; absent some shocking results in the 2018 season, that means McCoy will already have a "decade rushing title" under his belt. He is also an overwhelming favorite to lead the league in rushing for the decade of the '00s, and from 2011 to 2019. If he does it from '12 to '21 — which, well, he sure seems like the favorite to do so — that would give him four "decade rushing crowns."
That "decade rushing crown" is looking likely, because McCoy's the leader in rushing yards from 2012 to 2017. Here's the top-10 in rushing yards with 60-percent of that period done: McCoy (7,066), Frank Gore (6,401), DeMarco Murray (6,277), Matt Forte (5,563), Adrian Peterson (5,524), Alfred Morris (5,503), Marshawn Lynch (5,461), Le'Veon Bell (5,336), Lamar Miller (4,891), and Mark Ingram (4,888).
McCoy managing to lead the league in rushing throughout his career is a good argument when making his case for the Hall of Fame.
Here's why Football Perspective thinks McCoy could end up in Canton, Ohio.
I'm not sure how much McCoy feels like a Hall of Famer to folks, but I think when historians review his career, he will really stick out as one. Part of it may be him bridging the gap between the stud RB era of the 00's and whatever era we are about to enter, but McCoy has been a high volume back with a high YPC for a lot of years. That's a formula that always lands a player in Canton.
3 - Which two teams have five picks in the top 100 this year?The Buffalo Bills worked some magic leading up to the 2018 NFL Draft to put themselves in a favorable position. The result is the Bills being one of two teams to possess five picks in the top 100 of this year's draft.
The Bills five picks in the top 100 are at No. 21, 22, 53, 56, and 96. The 21st pick is their own first-rounder, the 22nd is from Kansas City, the 53rd is their own second-round selection, 56 is from the Los Angeles Rams, and 96 is from the Philadelphia Eagles.
The other team with at least five selections in the top 100 is the Cleveland Browns. In fact, they own six picks in the top 100. They have the first overall selection due to their 0-16 record in 2017. Then, they have the fourth pick from Houston, the 33rd pick, the 35th from Houston, the 64th from Philadelphia, and the 65th selection.
The Bills and Browns undoubtedly have some of the most draft capital in this year's event. For Buffalo, they can opt to send some picks away and select the prospect they're in love with. Or, they can retain all their picks and add a ton of depth to the roster.
