There's good news on the Week 14 injury report for the Bills ahead of Sunday's game at Kansas City.
Head coach Sean McDermott said Friday that they do not have any players on the active roster carrying an injury designation for the game.
McDermott said that TE Dawson Knox "has a good chance" to play Sunday after being out since Week 8 with a wrist injury. Knox has been on IR since Oct. 26; his practice window was opened by the team this week and has been a full participant in practice this week.
He is listed as questionable on the Friday injury report.
Knox has 15 receptions off of 28 targets for 102 yards and 1 touchdown in 2023. The fifth-year TE has been one of Allen's favorite red zone options, catching 4 of 5 targets including a touchdown and a successful two-point conversion this year.
Second-year CB Kaiir Elam (ankle) has been on IR since Nov. 2 and had his practice window opened this week as well. However, McDermott said they do not expect to activate him for Week 14.
