How Bills fans can watch James Cook, Connor McGovern and Dion Dawkins in the 2025 Pro Bowl Games

The NFL Pro Bowl Games are back in Orlando starting Thursday, Jan. 30.

The 2025 Pro Bowl Games celebrate the league's best players, including three Bills that made the roster and will be participating. RB James Cook, C Connor McGovern and LT Dion Dawkins are participating in this year's games and skills challenges.

Thursday Skills Showdown

  • Watch: LIVE on ESPN and ESPN+
  • Date: Thursday, January 30, 2025
  • Time: 7pm – 8:30pm ET

Skills Showdowns to watch with Bills players

Helmet Harmony (Dion Dawkins)

  • A game show to test player knowledge of their teammates, with every correct answer worth one point. The team with the most correct answers wins.

Dodgeball (James Cook)

  • A two-round tournament of classic dodgeball featuring four teams of seven players. Teams will be a mix of AFC offensive, defensive and special teams players competing against a mix of NFC offensive, defensive and special teams players. Each match is worth three points.

The 2025 Pro Bowl Games, hosted in partnership with Florida Citrus Sports, Orange County, and the City of Orlando, on Sunday, Feb. 2 promises fans a day filled with thrilling AFC versus NFC action. On Sunday, ticketholders will experience the league's 88 biggest stars go head-to-head in new and fan-favorite competitions, face-off in an epic flag football game, and enjoy a variety of family friendly activities, giveaways, and interactive experiences. Sunday's events at Camping World Stadium will also be televised from 3-6 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC. The Great Football Race

  • Six players from each conference will face off in a relay race consisting of five different challenges, culminating with a sled push. The team to cross the finish line first wins and earns three points for their conference.

Tug of War (Dion Dawkins)

  • A five-on-five demonstration of teamwork, strength and strategy, and positioned above a foam pit, players are challenged to pull backwards on the rope, attempting to move the opposing team in their direction. The competition will be the best of three, and the winner who pulls the opposing team into the foam pit twice wins and earns three points for their conference.
