The Buffalo Bills announced the re-signing of offensive lineman Ryan Van Demark. Van Demark was set to become an exclusive rights free agent. He played in 14 games and made two starts in the 2024 season. Van Demark, 26, will enter his third season in Buffalo in 2025.
The team also announced the following reserve/future signings:

- CB Daequan Hardy
- DT Zion Logue
- WR Jalen Virgil
- WR Tyrell Shavers
All nine players were on the team's practice squad in 2024.
Virgil and Shavers were announced as reserve/future contracts on Jan. 28.
