Sean McDermott announced on Monday that quarterback Josh Allen is day-to-day with a foot sprain. McDermott said Allen will receive treatment throughout the week and will see how he responds before deciding if he can play on Sunday. McDermott did relay that the medical team said there is a chance Allen is good to go for Sunday if treatment goes well.
McDermott also said that wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders suffered a knee injury against Tampa Bay and most likely won't play this week. Sanders will be week-to-week going forward.
The Bills also announced Monday that LB Tyrel Dodson was placed on the Reserve/Covid-19 list.
