The Bills added depth to their secondary by signing CB Dane Jackson to a one-year contact, the team announced Monday.
Jackson, 28, returns to the team that he was drafted to as a former seventh round pick in the 2020 draft. During his first stint with the Bills, Jackson played in 52 games, starting 28. In those games, Jackson recorded 3 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles, and 152 total tackles.
After departing following the 2023 season, Jackson spent the 2024 season with the Carolina Panthers and played in nine games, starting three. He recorded 2 pass deflections and 23 total tackles in those nine games.
He played college football at Pittsburgh and is from Coraopolis, PA. Jackson will wear No. 23.
