The Buffalo Bills have signed defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi to a one-year contract, the team announced Friday.

"I'm excited to be part of this community, this organization, and I'm just looking forward to getting started," Ogunjobi said.

Ogunjobi was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the third round of the 2017 draft and played four seasons for Cleveland. Most recently he played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2022-2024 with a one-year stop with the Cincinnati Bengals in between his time with Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

"The way they get off the ball, they attack, they penetrate, they get up the field and that just kind of fits my play style a little more," Ogunjobi said. "And just looking at the defense and seeing where I could be a fit and help was really important… I'm excited to be a part of it."

In the 2024 season with Pittsburgh, he totaled 1.5 sacks and 41 total tackles along with 7 QB hits. In his career, he has amassed 27.5 sacks, 361 total tackles, 79 QB hits and 3 forced fumbles.

"I feel like I can definitely help. Just to be a part of a defense where we can attack, we can get up field. Putting my hand in the pile is very important. Now you have to give offenses, they got to kind of pick the poison. And I think that's, you know, an exciting especially when you got, you know, the quarterback that we got."

He played college football at Charlotte from 2013-2016 and attended high school at Ragsdale High School in Jamestown, North Carolina.

Ogunjobi will wear No. 99 with the Bills.
