The Bills can clinch the AFC East in Week 13 with a win over the 49ers AND a loss by the Dolphins (at Green Bay) on Thanksgiving night.

Who to root for: Root for the Packers
Why: A Dolphins loss in Green Bay would set the stage for the Bills to clinch the AFC East with a win over the 49ers. A Dolphins win would mean the Bills would have to wait until Week 14 to clinch the division, regardless of their result vs. San Francisco.
Las Vegas Raiders (2-9) at Kansas City Chiefs (10-1) | Friday, Nov. 29 at 3:00 p.m. on Prime Video
Who to root for: Root for the Raiders
Why: A Raiders win over the Chiefs + a Bills win over the 49ers would give Buffalo the No. 1 seed in the AFC heading into Week 14. If these two results were to happen this week, the Bills would have a 68% chance of getting the No. 1 seed, according to the New York Times Playoff Simulator.
A Chiefs win + Bills win would give Buffalo a 47% chance to get the No. 1 seed.
Pittsburgh Steelers (8-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (4-7) | Sunday, Dec. 1 at 1:00 p.m. on CBS
Who to root for: Root for the Bengals
Why: A Bills win + Steelers loss helps Buffalo's position in the AFC Playoff Picture and strengthen their spot as a top 2 seed.
Seattle Seahawks (6-5) at New York Jets (3-8) | Sunday, Dec. 1 at 1:00 p.m. on FOX
Who to root for: Root for the Seahawks
Why: The Jets would be mathematically eliminated from AFC East contention with a loss, regardless of the outcomes in Dolphins-Packers and Bills-49ers. A Bills win would also eliminate the Jets from AFC East contention.
Indianapolis Colts (5-7) at New England Patriots (3-9) | Sunday, Dec. 1 at 1:00 p.m. on CBS
Who to root for: Root for the Colts
Best case scenario
- A Bills win + Dolphins loss + Chiefs loss + Steelers loss would mean Buffalo wins the AFC East, is the No. 1 seed in the AFC going into Week 14.
Worst Case scenario
- A Bills loss + Dolphins win + Chiefs win + Steelers win would mean Buffalo does not clinch AFC East in Week 13. The Bills and Steelers would both be 9-3 (BUF has AFC tie-breaker for No. 2 seed).
