Bills activate DeWayne Carter to 53-man roster; Elevate TE Zach Davidson and S Lewis Cine for Rams game

The Bills made a number of roster moves in advance of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams.

DT DeWayne Carter was activated from injured reserve and linebacker Nicholas Morrow was released. Carter has missed the last five games with a wrist injury.

Carter, a rookie, has nine tackles with four tackles for loss in seven NFL games.

Tight end Zach Davidson is being elevated for the third game consecutive game. He has appeared in the last two games (against Kansas City and San Francisco) – playing 26 snaps in total. He has one reception for five yards this season.

Safety Lewis Cine is being elevated for his first game on the 2024 season. Cine has spent the first 12 games of the season on the practice squad. He originally joined the NFL as a 2022 first round pick (32nd overall) of the Minnesota Vikings out of Georgia. He has played in 10 games in his NFL career – all with Minnesota. In his final season at Georgia, he was named the defensive MVP in the national championship game of the 2021 season.

Cine wears No. 36.

Tackle Tylan Grable has also been ruled out.
