The Bills added to their practice squad on Tuesday by signing defensive tackle Chris Slayton.
Slayton (6'4 and 307 pounds) was drafted by the Giants in the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The defensive lineman spent most of the year on the practice squad. Slayton played collegiately at Syracuse.
To make room for the defensive tackle, the Bills have released tight end Nate Becker.
