Buffalo Bills safety Micah Hyde and wide receiver Jamison Crowder have been designated to return from IR and both players are now in the 21-day window to be activated to the 53-man roster.
Head coach Sean McDermott said both players won't play in Sunday's AFC Wild Card game against the Miami Dolphins. However, both players are practicing with the team on Wednesday.
Hyde has been on IR since Sept. 24 due to a neck injury. The two-time Pro Bowler underwent neck surgery in October and has been rehabbing in Buffalo during the regular season.
"You can never count Micah Hyde out," McDermott said of Hyde's recovery process during Wednesday's press conference.
As for Crowder, he broke his ankle in the team's Week 4 game against the Ravens and has been on IR since Oct. 8.
The news of their potential return could be a huge boost for the Bills, though it has not been determined when they could play.
