Bills promote CB Cam Lewis to the 53-man roster; Wallace placed on IR

The Bills today announced that cornerback Cam Lewis has been promoted from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.

Cornerback Levi Wallace (ankle) was placed on injured reserve. Wallace suffered the injury in Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Lewis, a product of the University at Buffalo, saw action in Buffalo's first three games of the season.
