Bills sign CB Brian Allen
The Bills have more depth in their cornerback room after adding cornerback Brian Allen, 26, to the roster on Friday.
Career achievements:
- Entering his third NFL season
- Played in 16 career games, mainly on special teams.
- The corner has 21 tackles and two passes defensed in nine career preseason games.
NFL experience:
- Allen spent 2019 on the Seahawks practice squad.
- The corner spent 2017 and 2018 with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
- He has spent time on the active roster and practice squads of Seattle and Pittsburgh
Entered the NFL:
- Allen was a fifth round pick (173rd overall) in 2017 for the Steelers.
College/Hometown:
- The corner played at Utah. In 42 games including 12 starts, Allen recorded 62 tackles, 14 pass breakups and five interceptions.
- As a senior he racked up four interceptions, good for fifth in the Pac-12.
- Allen is from La Marque, Texas.
