DT Jordan Phillips has re-signed a one-year deal to stay with the Buffalo Bills through the 2023 season, the team announced Thursday. Phillips will be entering his 10th season in the NFL and his fourth year with the Bills.
In 12 games played last season, Phillips had 20 total tackles, 1.5 sacks and three tackles for a loss. Phillips is in his second stint playing in Buffalo after previously playing for the team in 2018-19.
He went on to play two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals (2020-21) but returned back to Buffalo in 2022 and his 20 tackles ranked fourth-most in his career for a single season. He recorded multiple tackles in seven games last season.
