The Bills made two signings on Monday as the team starts OTAs this week.

Safety Dean Marlowe will return to Buffalo on a one-year deal.

Marlowe spent the second half of the 2022 season with the Bills after he was traded by the Atlanta Falcons. The safety played in four games for Buffalo last year.

This will be Marlowe's third stint with the Bills as he played for Buffalo from 2018-2020. During those three seasons, the safety played in 26 games and totaled two interceptions, five passes defensed, 38 total tackles and one and a half sacks.

Marlowe also played for the Lions in 2021 before heading to Atlanta. He started his NFL career with the Carolina Panthers (2015-2016) as an undrafted free agent out of James Madison University in 2015.

The safety has played in 59 career games and started in 18. Marlowe is from Queens, New York.

Tight end Joel Wilson has also signed with Buffalo.

The CMU product played in 34 games over his five-year collegiate career. The tight end caught 82 passes for 874 receiving yards and scored 12 touchdowns in his five seasons with Central Michigan.

His best season came in 2022 when he earned third-team All-MAC honors and posted 44 catches, 445 receiving yards, six touchdowns and averaged more than 10 yards per reception.

Wilson is from Petoskey, Michigan.
