The Bills announced several roster moves on Wednesday. Safety Siran Neal and cornerback Ike Brown have been activated off the Reserve/COVID list. The Bills have released defensive end Jonathan Woodard and running back Antonio Williams.
Neal has played in 31 games in his last two seasons with Buffalo. In 2019, the safety recorded 14 total special teams tackles which tied for 14th in the NFL.
Brown was signed by the Bills as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL Draft. The corner played at FIU where he totaled five interceptions, 29 passes defensed, 85 tackles and one fumble recovery.

Williams played collegiately at North Carolina and was signed by the Bills as an undrafted free agent this season.
Woodard was picked up by the Bills as a free agent in 2020 after spending 2018 and 2019 with the Miami Dolphins.
These moves bring the roster to 80 total players.
